Duties:
- Reviewing and entering accounts payable invoices
- General bank and Visa reconciliations
- Preparing and processing cheques and payments
- Paying suppliers by Visa or cheques
- Data entry, spreadsheets, records, and filing
- Accounts collections
- Other duties as required, including providing coverage support for the accounting team during absences and vacation
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years accounting experience (required)
- Sage 50 Quantum Accounting, 1 year (preferred)
- Exceptional technical skills with Excel
- The ability to work in the office Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. No remote working.
