The LacelleGroup Realty offers buy, sell, and leasing services while Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. offers turnkey property management services locally.

Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. and the LacelleGroup Realty Inc. are looking to hire a full-time receptionist.

The Position:

The Receptionist position is responsible for:

assisting walk-ins

- tenant communication
- helping tenants with their day-to-day requests
- inputting the maintenance requests for their apartments
- scheduling leasing showings
- confirming appointments
- responding to leads and proactively contribution to leasing sales
- administrative tasks and much more

This position requires great people skills and the ability to work well under pressure. It also requires being on call and on the emergency line (evenings and weekends)

Required Skills:

Must have great people skills
Be reliable, selfmotivated, and proactive
Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize and respond to a deadline
Be dependable and flexible

Other:

Probation period of 3 months
Two week's vacation
Paid sick days
Medical Benefit Reimbursement to a maximum amount per year

Compensation is equal to the hourly wage + $30 bonus for being on call

Schedule:
37.5 hours per week (8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday)

Salary:
$17.00-$17.50 per hour
