We are seeking a
Finance Manager to be involved in the full spectrum of accounting and reporting for the corporate results of Corza Medical, with a focus on preparation of the consolidated audited financial statements and related note disclosures.

What you will do

• Lead the consolidation process to deliver accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting (US GAAP).
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations under, but not limited to, US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, Luxemburg GAAP, etc.
• Draft and review journal entries, translation of foreign subsidiaries.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with foreign entities accountants for timely financial and internal reporting.
• Assist in monitoring and developing monthly reports of revenues and expenditures.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare various working papers and reconciliations and review schedules updated by other members of the finance team.
• Participate in the annual consolidated global audit and statutory audits global entities and engages with external audit team to ensure satisfactory and timely completion of the audits and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee various additional nonfinancial reporting (e.g. surveys).

What you will need

• Undergraduate degree and accounting designation
• Minimum 5+ years work experience
• Excellent with Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems
• Experience in consolidation and preparing consolidated financial statements
• Previous experience working for a multinational company preferred
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Experience with consolidation tool implementation is a plus
