Magnotta Brewery in Vaughan, Ontario is currently seeking a true craft energetic
Brewer who is self-motivated to join our award-winning Brewery Team.

Working alongside our Head Brewer and team you will assist with brewing, fermentation, filtration, and packaging of our products along with other brewery related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not to be limited to;_

Assist the brewing team in production of our wort & beer
Maintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity for all related processes
Fermentation & cellaring
Tank cleaning & sanitizing
Filtration
Packaging
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Ability to stand, crouch, sit, climb stairs & ladders, and lift up to 30 kgs
Ability to stay focused & conduct repetitive tasks
Ability to multitask, work in a fastpaced environment and is detail oriented
Other duties shall be assigned as required

Requirements:_

University Degree (BSc.) or College Diploma in Brewing Operations
2+ years of practical brewing experience on 20hL brewhouse
2+ years of tank house experience (fermentation, filtration, sanitation)
2+ years of packaging experience use of Cask can filler, GAI bottle filler, or Scholle bag filler considered an asset
Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
Proven ability to multitask, adapt to change, & think critically
Proven to be a team player & work in a team environment
Must be a team player and a selfstarter with high energy with a positive attitude
Physical dexterity and stamina
Excellent verbal skills
Superior work organization and time management skills
Motivated and driven
