Job Title
2024 CFO - Winter Financial Analyst (4 or 8 months)

Collaborate with the BFS Finance team to identify streamlining and automation opportunities in the monthly and ad hoc reporting processes
Work independently to develop automation and streamlined reporting
Meet and work with data experts at the bank to establish an enhanced selfserve technology tool for automated routine requests, incorporating business understanding and financial insights
Perform adhoc financial analysis as required to provide insights on financial performance to the business partners

Job Summary

As a Financial Analyst with Personal & Commercial Banking (P&CB) Performance Management you will serve as a key partner and work directly with the Business Financial Services (BFS) Finance team to develop automated and streamlined processes and reporting to aid in performing financial analysis.

These initiatives will help drive efficiencies on the team and deliver more data-driven insights to our business partners.

You will also work with our team to learn about Financial Institutions, Finance and how to provide value added financial advisory support.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a technology background, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn about the RBC's Business Banking business.
