The Opportunity
The Examination Administrator is responsible for preparing examinations for Council's license qualification examinations. In addition, the incumbent answers examination inquiries from various internal and external parties. This position permits a balanced hybrid model of work-from-home and in-office.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review processed exam registrations daily
  • Processing exam registrations that are in the "Contacted Examinee" stage
  • Manage inperson examination registrations beyond cutoff date, which includes:
  • review of qualifications and prior examination writing history;
- preparation of examination packages;
- restocking and preparing exam day materials;
- scoring examinations; and
- release of results

  • Review requests for exemptions from standard policies and refer to the Manager, Examinations, for final decision
  • Perform examinee signin on scheduled exam days (outside of normal business hours)
  • Assist in proctoring or relieving proctors on exam days when needed
  • Review online examination eligibility daily
  • Extract and enter online examination results daily
  • Organize and proctor special sittings
  • Ensure examination records are properly stored and secured and privacy policies are followed
  • Provide coverage to the Administrative team when needed, which includes:
  • process exam registrations that are in the "Awaiting Verification" stage;
- review of examination registrations for completeness;
- portal and reception phone queue coverage

  • Handle other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Excellent computer, word processing, and data entry skills
  • Strong skills in Excel is a must
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Excellent organizing skills and attention to detail
