Pazzo Italian Ristorante is seeking full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our team.

As a bartender at Pazzo Ristorante you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experience through your thoughtful preparation of beverages and superb interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• 1+ years bartending experience
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Experience with Silverware POS system an asset
• Knowledge of Italian beverage products an asset

Job description:

• A strong understanding of our food and beverage program
• Maintain strong situational awareness of reservation notes and requests
• Greet guests warmly and provide concise explanations of our menus
• Ability to answer questions and provide modifications as needed
• Suggestive sell for experience building
• Write down all orders and input correctly into the POS system
• Follow all food safety standards and systems
• Receive and prepare drink orders in a timely manner
• Communicate with coworkers and management to ensure smooth service
• Setup and tear down of bar area
• Stock and maintain bar products including daily preparation of syrups etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area at all times
• Other duties as assigned of required
