What You Will Do:

  • Meet or exceed corporate customer satisfaction objectives by providing excellent front line response to requests and inquiries from External Parties (Customers, Agents, Marketers) and Internal Parties (In-Franchise Sales, Customer Care, GMS, AP, Billing).
  • Analyze and track contracting data and create appropriate contract packages for Distribution and Direct Purchase markets.
  • Investigate, coordinate and resolve inquiries using Unionline, ConTrax, SAP and other systems as required.
  • Maintain effective documentation of all issues and communicate with all involved parties.
  • Identify, plan, execute and test process and system improvements.
  • Run and analyze WEBi reports as required to support Contract Management inquiries.

Who You Are:

You will have the following education and experience:

  • A related university degree or technical diploma (Business, Finance, Math or Economics) with limited experience OR a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of: related office software; company databases; company structure and standard operating procedures; and/or office communications technology.
  • Strong professionalism, communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.-
  • Ability to perform multiple work assignments at varying stages of completion with a high degree of accuracy while working to tight time constraints and changing priorities.-
  • Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of contract administration, customer billing and/or financial systems.
  • Working knowledge of ConTrax, Enerline, SAP CIS, WEBi, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word.
  • Understanding of Large Volume Contract language and rates.
  • Proven front line customer service/contact experience.
  • Experience in the natural gas and/or utilities market.

Working Conditions:

  • Overtime is sometimes required during monthly and annual contracting cycles.
  • Vacation time is arranged around the monthly contracting cycle.
