Active Design Advisors, Inc (Adai) is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to amplify the growth of its signature program, the Fitwel Certification System.
The associate will be responsible for executing on business development efforts across Canada and managing existing relationships within the region.
Your main responsibilities involve prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. You MUST live in Canada.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans for North America
- Meeting and exceeding set targets for growth in your assigned territory
- Increase platform user base by identifying and managing a pipeline of prospective users and sales opportunities
- Build and establish productive relationships with the prospects and clients you onboard
- Provide sales input on market needs and pricing to ensure product success
- Partner with prospective users to understand their business needs and objectives, feeding these into the product development process
- Work closely with colleagues on crossterritory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials, sales campaigns, and case studies as requested
- Develop an indepth knowledge of real estate market trends, products, and value propositions
- Represent Fitwel at external events, conferences, industry working groups, etc.
Qualifications
- 35 years' experience in successful attainment of sales targets or business development goals within the real estate industry. Experience with and knowledge of sustainability, healthy buildings, and ESG issues highly preferred
- University degree in a relevant field such as real estate, infrastructure, business, or sustainability is required. Advanced degrees in any of the same areas is very attractive
- Selfmotivated and naturally curious individual who can thrive in a resultsoriented and missiondriven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and, maturity
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and video conferencing
- Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to meet customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple opportunity pursuits at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
