    Clinical Administrative Coordinator

    The Clinical Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical team and ensuring the smooth running of the clinical operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
    • Develops annual training schedule for staff based on requirements.
    • Conducts staff training sessions and tracks completion.
    • Manages funder report calendar and submissions.
    • Monitors program deliverables and addresses issues.
    • Maintains accurate client documentation system.
    • Conducts file and clinical audits regularly.
    • Prepares team for external audits and serves as contact.
    • Ensures adherence to admission and discharge procedures.
    • Updates weekly meeting documents and minutes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a clinical administrative role.
