Take your ambitions to the next level:
Our client is seeking an LMS Coordinator.

You will be responsible for creating sessions, uploading marks, and closing out sessions in My360 for transportation, mechanical, and engineering divisions, in addition to all third-party training.

You will attribute the correct certification based on completed training and audit certification dates to ensure data integrity. You will assign training, troubleshoot errors in Cornerstone, and work with the HRIS department to implement new enhancements.

  • Create sessions in My360 based on functional demand;
  • Create sessions for thirdparty training;
  • Update and cancel sessions as required;
  • Work with the functional managers from the transportation, engineering, and mechanical divisions to determine training needs for each program;
  • Work in conjunction with the logistics department to communicate sessions in My360;
  • Upload grades for any transportation, engineering, mechanical, or thirdparty training;
  • Work with functional managers and provide training to instructors to ensure grades are submitted properly;
  • Handle upload errors in My360 as they occur.;
  • Assign the proper certification to transportation, engineering, mechanical, or thirdparty employees based on the training they completed;
  • Work directly with functional managers to update certification requirements as needed;
  • Audit certification dates to maintain data integrity;
  • Troubleshoot certification errors in My360 and collaborate with the HRIS department as needed;
  • Assist with reporting in My360;
  • Assist in auditing reports as required;
  • Continually learn and practise with new program enhancements as they are released;
  • Maintain macros required for system uploads;
  • Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the business manager.

Does this sound like you?

  • High school diploma;
  • One to three years of experience working in learning management;
  • CSOD experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Very comfortable working in Microsoft Excel with the ability to do simple data manipulations;
  • Proficient in Cornerstone;
  • Cornerstone Learning Specialist Certificate is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Able to make quick decisions and work independently;
  • Ability to calmly and effectively handle a demanding workload with changing and conflicting priorities;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve;
  • Excellent customer focus and strong professional acumen;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English;
  • French is an asset.

Expected level:

  • French: Not Required
  • English: Advanced
