AI-native UI/UX Figma designer for Rapid Prototyping

Job description
We're looking for an AI-Native UI/UX Figma Designer to own the rapid prototyping process and design system for our AI SaaS platform.
Ideally, a designer who can move fast, leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process, and help us build a scalable, AI-ready design system in Figma.
You treat Figma as your canvas but use AI (Figma Make, Relume, UX Pilot, Google Stitch/Uizard, plus Cursor + Claude with Figma MCP) as your primary accelerator, turning days of pixel-pushing into hours of prompt → refined prototype → scalable design system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Audit/refine and evolve our existing core design system (or rebuild from scratch if required)
- Rapidly generate and iterate high-fidelity prototypes (often same-day) using Figma and AI tools such as Cursor and v0
- Deliver Figma files that devs can instantly turn into working code via Cursor/Claude
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert-level Figma (variables, auto-layout, components, variants)
- AI-native workflow: heavy daily use of Figma Make, Relume/UX Pilot, Cursor + Claude (or equivalent) + Figma MCP server
- SaaS/dashboard / complex workflow prototyping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver at a high pace
HOW TO APPLY:
- Link to 1–2 SaaS projects where you used Cursor/Claude/MCP
- A short Loom (2–5 min) answering our brief screening questions (Note: doing this almost guarantees an interview.)
ADDITIONAL:
Part-time to full-time flexible (30–40 hrs/week). 3–6-month engagement with potential, longer-term opportunities.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
