Rudy - College St location

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Supervisor/Shift Manager who is motivated and hardworking, willing to be both part of a team and our mission to satisfy customers with high quality fast casual Smash Burgers.

This position leads to an assistant General manager and potentially General manager position based on abilities. We are a growing brand and looking for not only team players but the management needed to lead them.

What we are looking for people who

- has at least one year management experience working in fast pace restaurant

- has good communication skills

- works well in a high pressure, fast paced environment

- is motivated and willing to work in a team environment

- understands the need for punctuality, efficiency, quality control and customer satisfaction

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring all food is prepared according to recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards;**
Monitoring and managing staff levels including training and providing coach and direction to the team to achieve goals

- Executing all policies, procedures, standards and specifications

- Maintaining professional behavior while creating a ward, fun and hospitable environment to ensure all guests feel welcome

- Executing all policies, procedures, standards and specifications

- Adhering to strict safety policies and guidelines

- Preparing and communicating administrative reports

Compensation depending on experience level. Please note that we believe in hiring from within whenever possible and respect commitment and loyalty.
