Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the estimating team, providing guidance and support throughout the manufacturing process
Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates and designs
Utilize software such as Excel and corel draw to prepare detailed takeoffs and cost breakdowns
Analyze subcontractor and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive rates.
Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals on time
Track and monitor results, providing feedback for future improvements
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in signs industry estimating, with a focus on commercial projects
Strong knowledge of the industry methods, materials, and designs.
Proficiency in using estimating software such as microsoft suit and coral draw
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from subcontractors
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
