Join the Crafted Crust team at The Forks
Crafted Crust is a specialty sandwich shop using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, located at the Forks, Winnipeg. We're seeking skilled and energetic people to fill part & full-time positions.

Responsibilities:

Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare food items according to recipes and company standards
Assemble food items according to customer requests
Ensure great presentation of all food items
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and dining area
Clean and maintain all workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients for freshness and accuracy

Requirements:

Proven experience in the food industry or customer service
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Experience with pointofsale (POS) technology
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Flexible work hours (evenings, weekends, long hours, etc.)
