Description
Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Project management team in Germany.

The Project Manager will drive full PLM implementations starting from the requirement analysis phases, the product definition phases until the final Go-Live with great success and client satisfaction.

You will be the responsible of the timescale respect and objectives achievement.


What you will be doing

  • The responsibility of the Project Manager on a Centric project is to ensure the project is delivered with all three of these metrics met:
  • On time delivery
  • On budget delivery
  • High customer satisfaction
  • Regular reporting and follow up on Project Status, Actions and Risk. Review and own Project Scope
  • As a Centric Project Manager will typically have responsibility for more than one implementation projects at a time; assignment of projects Centric team members is managed by the PMO Manager and the CERT Leadership team.
  • The role is primarily working from home, but travel is expected either to customers or to team events in the EMEA region or globally. Ratio to be expected 50/50
  • As a general expectation, the majority of your working hours are expected to be billable to the customer
  • Collaboratively work on improving internal methodologies, process and guidelines

What you bring

  • Highly selfmotivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team
  • Experience in IT Project Management
  • Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to csuite
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking

Added bonus

  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM
  • Project Management or Agile Methodology Certification
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and/or ERP
