What you'll do:


As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design process; from brief and ideation to creative output and design.

We are looking for someone who has led a team of designers, collaborates well with marketers and product people, and who is still hands-on with asset creation.

You will be working closely with the SEO, Social Media and Digital Marketing teams.

Having Tech or SaaS design experience is a bonus.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the the overall brand: creating design systems, brand guidelines, and documentation.
  • Ensuring consistency of all brand assets
- website, product, internal marketing assets, B2B materials etc.

  • Leading onset shoots we also want you to plan and execute social media and video content.
  • Being accountable for design quality and accuracy, spell checks included.
  • Elevating Durable's brand aesthetic through the innovative use of art direction and design.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects, concurrently.
  • Leading a Designer, and growing your team.

Skills required:


  • 7+ years of experience in Design, 4+ years in design leadership
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.
  • A portfolio showcasing B2B brand design work
  • Fluent in (creation, craft and execution) of multiple mediums, inclusive of content, social, digital, experiential, pr and have experience bringing an idea to life across them all.
Annual salary range for this role is between $110,000 - $130,000 + benefits.
