About the Position


Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customers with product and service information, processing customer orders and resolving any product and/or service problems.

Plus providing support when needed to the Marketing department.


A Day in the Life

  • Dealing with product or service problems and finding a solution
  • Communicating with Territory Sales Managers on customer orders and inquiries, product availability and new account referrals
  • Receiving and processing product orders
  • Processing credit card transactions and completing invoicing tasks.
  • Troubleshooting product issues (including defective products and warranty issues)
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Updating and maintaining Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) database
  • Tracking of customer packages by liaising appropriate courier company
  • Invoicing daily Amazon FBA orders and credits
  • Manage and track Amazon FBA inventory
  • Check Amazon customer reviews and returns
  • Assist with printing Amazon package labels
  • Manage Feedback 5 (Amazon feedback)
  • Assist with trade show set up planning

Your Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French is extremely important in this role as you will be in communication with customers across Canada.

  • Strategic thinker with experience using MS Office and Sage an asset.
  • Comfortable using web based platforms
  • A positive and professional demeanor with the ability to effectively liaise with all members of the Mothers Choice Products team.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems with a high level of personal integrity.
  • Committed to providing superior customer service.
  • Excellent time management, follow up, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
