Technical Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Technical Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various building systems, including HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You will work closely with colleagues to monitor and adjust these systems to optimize their performance. This includes identifying issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

In addition to your technical expertise, strong communication skills are essential in this role. You must be able to effectively collaborate with tenants and internal stakeholders while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
