Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
Create employee schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems for order processing and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
