Chas & Associates is a private investigations, security consulting firm located in downtown Vancouver specializing in corporate investigations, cyber investigations, insurance claims, and corporate security consulting.

We are seeking a part-time licensed surveillance investigator to join our team, providing services to insurance, legal and corporate clients.

• Valid BC Private Investigator License
• Minimum two (2) years related surveillance experience
• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license
• Reliable vehicle suitable for surveillance operations
• Own a computer to document and upload field notes and video

• Excellent communications and report writing skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Investigative mindset with a question driven disposition
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other basic computer skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice, and travel to varying locations in the lower mainland
• An approachable and professional demeanor
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to approach problems from different perspectives and a willingness to work with collaboratively with management to problem solve
