Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify the production documents;
- Follow up on lots in PND (schedule AQLs, launch rework process, issue deviations, etc.) and keep logs up to date;
- Make disposition change to allow/block production or shipping;
- Complete/participate in the investigation/NCN form when an issue occurs during production;
- Operations Quality Continuous improvement (build TAMUs, ensure specifications and procedures (code) are clear)
- Act as a reference and a coach for the Production Department regarding Good Documentation Practices (GDP) (Shop floor, cleaning, purge, etc.), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Compliance;
- Perform regular reviews for compliance to standard operating procedures (SOP) (AQL, spot checks), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (e.g. good housekeeping, dress code etc.) and cleaning;
- Act as a reference for the line leaders, line leader assistants and line employees as required;
- Complies with company policies (e.g. safety, dress code, GMP, work instructions, etc.);
- Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and AS400;
- Bilingualism (English, French).

- Has a high level of initiative and organisation;
- Is an excellent communicator and team player;
