Job summary
The Operator reports to the Station Manager under the direction of the Supervisor.Maintain operate prepare pumper for each every job Operate pumper perform proper on site rig in assemble procedures mixing pumping pressure tests plug drops wash ups final inspections assist location clean up Monitor pump pressure rates densities volume during pumping performance observe report if anyone needed hot zone Inspect function test equipment before leaves yard ensuring components working order Maintain documentation equipment maintenance repairs submit paperwork shift end Perform shop maintenance field equipment required including pumper spring maintenance fluid end inspections Rebuild Chiksans Neutron valves Assist Supervisor job preparations incident reporting Adhere enforce company safety policies ensure compliance HSE legislation Develop maintain strong external internal client relationships support company values objectives Establish maintain procedures ensure high level service Drive well servicing equipment trailer pup unit well sites required Mentor Operator s obtaining class 1 Canada/CDL U.S. license Participate training development activities Other general duties required
