- Diagnose issues and offer guidance on best practices for linear and runtime animation in Unreal Engine to licensees
- Collaborate with the engine team, clients, and technical partners to enhance Unreal Engine's animation tools and features
- Lead the creation of educational resources such as samples, presentations, tutorials, and articles to share knowledge
- Create various types of animation assets and support others in doing the same
- Identify common performance bottlenecks in animation and help licensees resolve them
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Customer-focused, passionate, independent, solution-oriented, and innovative individuals thrive in our environment
- Experience with a wide array of Unreal Engine animation assets like animation blueprints, control rigs, IK retargeting, level sequences, and more
- Background in developing DCC and pipeline tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to train and present to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated professionals who take charge of the technical relationship with developers to streamline processes
- Professional proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, specifically in the animation pipeline
- Familiarity with Maya, MotionBuilder, Blender, or other DCC applications
- Experience in character rigging in Unreal Engine and DCC tools
- Knowledge of Motion Matching
- Previous experience in developer relations is a plus
