    Mechanical Assembly Technologist – Build high speed and precision automated machines with World Class Brands

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble and test automated manufacturing equipment.
    • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime during testing.
    • Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
    • Maintain accurate documentation per standard operating procedures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects.
    • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
    • Perform detailed assemblies under tight deadlines.
    • Travel internationally (up to 25%) to assist field-service teams when installing at customer sites.
    • Work some weekends if required.
    • Maintain organization of assembly practices and inventory.
    • Commit to safety and organized work practices.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years' experience as a Millwright, Assembler, Machine Builder, or Machine Fitter in automation or machinery manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints.
    • Ability to perform detailed assemblies under tight deadlines.
    • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
    • Ability to work some weekends if required.
    • Strong organizational skills with assembly practices and inventory management.
    • Commitment to safety and organized work practices.
