Job Summary:
As a Corporate Operational Data Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our data-driven decision-making process. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
You are able to adapt based of company needs, you are curious and have an invested mind, in order to develop an understanding of the operations and make the connections between the data, the operation, and the market.
You will be responsible for independently analyzing and interpreting operational data to support strategic pricing decisions within our organization.Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the group of companies (division leaders, sales professionals, and operations leaders), you will gather, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and optimize pricing strategies.
A comprehension of operations/truckload business is a major plus.Job Type

Role:
- Independently conduct thorough analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Pricing Team to develop and implement datadriven pricing strategies.
- Generate/update regular reports, communicating key performance indicators and insights to stakeholders.
- Independently work closely with various departments to understand business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a backup to the Pricing Analysts, able to understand the market dynamics and how to price freight.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the position or a combination of studies and relevant experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- English (speaking/writing)
