RRSP Savings plan:

Position Description:


The Project Coordinator (PC) will assist the project team for the Sen̓áḵw Development project and is fully accountable to the Project Manager for document control, change management, quality control, and information management.

This position is for this one specific large project and time will be split between the job site and the office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to Project Manager ("PM")
  • Assist the PM in the development of various construction documents and the establishment of project protocols, including project communication and document control process.
  • Assist the PM in following up on deadlines and tasks for the team, including RFIs, SIs, and Shop Drawing logs, etc.
  • Assists the PM in generating monthly progress billing
  • Assists the PM with scheduling, risk management, and scope management
  • Assist the PM with administrative functions as required
  • Responsible for document control
  • Works with PM group to ensure all project documents and communications are issued per company protocols
  • Acts as a point of contact for documents and deliverables
  • Manages and maintains project records
  • Assists in providing document control and communications training to others when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Bluebeam
  • Familiar with online/cloud document control platforms
  • Experience in an Administrative and/or Document Control position in the field of Engineering/Construction will be an asset
  • Selfstarter with proven organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills (both written and spoken) are required to handle internal and external communications diplomatically
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
