We provide rehabilitation services through our community-based healthcare team consisting of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists,CBI Health's Rehabilitation Services supports both the physical and mental health and well-being of Canadians from coast to coast.
We offer a wide variety of evidence-based rehabilitation services from acute musculoskeletal and neurological injuries,
Work with clients, in our acute and complex service streams, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans directed towards maintaining
Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads for the coordination delivery therapeutic services Participate in collaborative care model providing holistic comprehensive care meet needs clients Promote positive relationships between clients team members funders community
