About the Team:


The Advisory Services Division is a well-established, highly respected, and fast-growing team responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net worth clients.


We take a sophisticated and holistic approach, providing tailored and comprehensive wealth planning and investment management solutions to satisfy each of our high-net-worth clients' unique set of circumstances.

Position Summary:


As an Administrative Associate, you'll provide exceptional administrative support to high-performing, successful teams of Wealth Advisors and Wealth Planning Associates.

Your good work supports the people in these positions so they're free to focus on providing the best possible bespoke experiences to our valued clients.

This role will operate on a hybrid work schedule based in Vancouver, BC.


Key Accountabilities:

Client Service

  • Provide administrative support to both Wealth Advisors and Wealth Planning Associates.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel.
  • Manage invitations to client events.
  • Prepare meeting packages.
  • Manage postmeeting follow up and action items.
Practice Management

  • Assist Wealth Advisors to effectively manage practice.
  • Organize Wealth Advisors by managing tasks and reminders.
Business Development

  • Coordinate introduction meetings with prospective clients.
  • Track pipeline of prospective clients and ensure follow up is provided.
  • Follow up with Marketing Team as needed on incoming prospective leads.
Corporate Projects

  • Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders on various corporate initiatives and projects.
Other relevant and related responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change.


Required Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience working in a high performing client serviceoriented work environment.
  • Demonstrated diplomacy, tact, and professionalism in a highvolume environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and technology in general.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and skilled at focusing on a high volume of tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.

Additional Experience and Qualifications:


  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Prior experience working in the financial services industry.

This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of
$50,800-$70,000,** dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
