Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and presentation to ensure quality and safety
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and ensure that all food items are properly stored and labeled
• Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary options to guests

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Customer service experience is highly valued, especially in hospitality or serving roles
• Barista experience or background in food preparation is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is advantageous
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with excellent multitasking skills is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
