If you are passionate about providing care (light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and personal care) beyond the basics to clients in their homes in Annapolis, Kings, and Hants Counties and you are customer service oriented, you will excel at Careforce.

Experience is an asset however we value the experience you may have gained while supporting family and friends through illness and ageing and will provides training.

Responsibilities:

- personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and outings, companionship, respite care, Alzheimer care, overnight care, medication reminders and more.

We are seeking individuals with background and experience as a caregiver, PCWs or CCAs.

Must be compassionate about helping people and have a caring nature.

Must be responsible professional, and matured individual.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide emotional support to patients in challenging situations.
Strong attention to detail to accurately administer medications and document patient information.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
Knowledge of proper caregiving techniques for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or assisting patients with mobility.
