    Job Description

    The Bell Textron Canada Limited facility located in Calgary, Alberta is currently accepting applications for a DRMIS-SAP Duplication coordinator. The incumbent will report to the Calgary Spares Support Supervisor, and will work closely with the Spares Administration and Material Planning team. This position offers the individual an opportunity to work alongside the Department of National Defense (DND) and support strategic material efforts, backing the CH-146 Griffon helicopter fleet for the Royal Canadian Air Force. The DRMIS-SAP Duplicator's role is to investigate information entered in DRMIS (Defense Resource Management Information System) by our customer in the Canadian Forces and reproduce it in SAP (Systems Applications Processes). The Duplication coordinator will support business data users with needs assessments & problem resolutions.

    Responsibilities

    · Govern the mirroring of Bell SAP data to DND DRMIS for the CH146 bill of material.

    · Pull reports, create an effective method to upload.

    · Analyzing & auditing data for accuracy and conformity.

    · Create comparison reports, discrepancy reports, aging reports, trending reports, improve part traceability capabilities.

    · Develop and maintain business definitions and meta repositories reports.

    · Identifying areas of improvement to enhance efficiencies within the enterprise.

    · Present Ideas for process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences.

    · Provide general administrative and warehouse support to the Calgary Spares Administration team, as well as embedded personnel across Canada.

    · Support DND DRMIS implementation (data capture requirements) Data Universe.

    · Assist with the implementation, management and compliance of data policies, standards, and methods.

    · Maintain data issue logs and reports; resolve business data definition issues.

    · Perform data corrections for end users.

    · Demonstrate, lead and provide auditable repositories for the CH146 metadata.

    · Develop and maintain work instructions for the Material master coordinator.

    · Work with business and process leaders to identify analytical requirements and improve data capture across the program.

    · Support Military Material Prepositioning efforts & strategic procurement strategies for the CH146.

    · Support strategic data analysis in efforts to support multiple Defense squadrons operating across Canada and in austere conditions abroad.

    · Providing after-hours AOG material support to the DND customer.

    · Establish trusted relationship and support the data governance team, and our DND customer.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    · Diploma in Business, computer science or information systems, or Supply Chain Management, preferably with a focus in statistics and process control

    · Will consider additional work experience in lieu of degree

    · Ability to apply analytical skills to data to interpret and present findings

    · Demonstrated business acumen, integrity, and interpersonal savvy to connect with stakeholders

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs, Power BI

    · Strong communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

    · Strong personal skills, Customer focused

    · Build relationships with other areas in Supply Chain and other organizations

    · Inquisitive and driven analyst with a passion to innovate

    · Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks

    · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

    Assets:

    · Analytical ability in evaluating inventory levels / demands considered an asset for future advancement

    · Previous Military background with DRMIS experience

    · Experience operating and inputting data into SAP/ERP systems

    · Knowledge of the regulatory requirements to be observed in handling aviation parts an asset

    · Prior Inventory Control procedures experience

    SECURITY CLEARANCE

    Incumbent must obtain and maintain NATO Secret security clearance issued by the Public Services and Procurement Canada's Contract Security Program (CSP) and BTCL security officers.
