Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts using Selenium
  • Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand and anticipate testing requirements
  • Analyze and report test results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
  • Stay uptodate with the latest testing trends and technologies

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
  • Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • QA automation: 5 years (required)
- leading QA Teams: 3 years (required)
