Regional Network Facilitator (RNF) based in Labrador and who will work throughout the region.

What You Will Be Doing
As a regional representative of CSCNL, the RNF for Labrador will collaborate with others in the area to:

Support knowledge building about the paid and unpaid (volunteer) labour force
Identify strategic priorities for attracting and retaining a skilled labour force in the region
Strengthen shared opportunities amongst nonprofits, the private and public sectors
Organize events and partnering opportunities
Identify upskilling priorities for nonprofits and arrange training events
Increase awareness of the sector through social media and inperson activities
Work with CSCNL colleagues on other related activities to strengthen the sector
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Labrador

What You Will Bring

Undergraduate degree or other postsecondary education is considered an asset, but not required
Experience in project management with strong organizational skills
A creative and flexible mindset with the ability to respond to changing priorities
Experience with nonprofit organizations, in a staff or volunteer capacity, considered an asset but not required
Excellent networking and collaboration skills
Strong digital, oral, and written communication skills
Knowledge of the social and economic fabric of Labrador
Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the region

This is a full-time position funded through external grants until March 31, 2024. with the possibility of extension.
