Regional Network Facilitator (RNF) based in Labrador and who will work throughout the region.

What You Will Be Doing
As a regional representative of CSCNL, the RNF for Labrador will collaborate with others in the area to:

  • Support knowledge building about the paid and unpaid (volunteer) labour force
  • Identify strategic priorities for attracting and retaining a skilled labour force in the region
  • Strengthen shared opportunities amongst nonprofits, the private and public sectors
  • Organize events and partnering opportunities
  • Identify upskilling priorities for nonprofits and arrange training events
  • Increase awareness of the sector through social media and inperson activities
  • Work with CSCNL colleagues on other related activities to strengthen the sector
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Labrador

What You Will Bring

  • Undergraduate degree or other postsecondary education is considered an asset, but not required
  • Experience in project management with strong organizational skills
  • A creative and flexible mindset with the ability to respond to changing priorities
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations, in a staff or volunteer capacity, considered an asset but not required
  • Excellent networking and collaboration skills
  • Strong digital, oral, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the social and economic fabric of Labrador
  • Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the region

The Perks
This is a full-time position funded through external grants until March 31, 2024. with the possibility of extension.

The compensation and benefits for the position will include:


  • Annual salary of $55,000$60,000
