As Team Leader, you are responsible for managing a team up to 2 people while performing the delivery of services.

Our clients trust to us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.

You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

You have experience in Irrigation and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

This is a seasonal job with approx dates of April 15-Nov 15. Full time opportunities are available.

Depending on qualifications and work performance, summer staff may be offered a position for winter with snow removal.

Specific Responsibilities:

Manage team of 23 people. Coaching and Training Team Members
Perform irrigation system installations, maintenance, trouble shooting, openings and closings.
Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to sod cutters, trucks, trailers, compressors, pipe pullers, trenchers
Address clients' questions or concerns
Complete daily paperwork, ie: equipment & vehicle circle checks, work orders, other required paperwork and documents

Job Requirements:

Must have Minimum
3 yrs experience in opening and closing systems as well as repairs and installations
Current G Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Own transportation to our shop
Previous leadership experience
Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature

**Rate of Pay : $25 - $30/hr depending on experience
