Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Required Technical Skills and 7+ years of experience in the following:

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on intensive experience with IBM Web Content Management (must have)
• Intensive hands-on experience with IBM Urban Code deployments
• Experience with SOA applications in a J2EE portal environment
• Extensive experience with updating Wireframes based on BRD (must have)
• Experience with setup Development, Staging and User Acceptance Testing Environments
• Experience in prepare and carry out deployments into the DEV, STAGE and UAT environment
• Database management systems and application database administration
• Experience with Google Analytics and Crystal reports (must have)

System/Business Analyst experience:

• Hands-on experience in preparing detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with appropriate OPS standards on security, privacy and accessibility (TRA, PIA, Architecture gating processes) (must have)
• Experience to carry out Quality Assurance Testing
• Walkthrough, Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
• Conduct Design Walkthrough sessions with the project team (must have)
• Conduct Code-level Walkthrough sessions
• Produce Technical and Application Design Document (must have)
• Understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries' government services (must have)
• Experience in producing business and technical documentation and agreements
• Produce step-by-step Installation and Back-out Procedures
• Post-Implementation support
• Knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development, programming concepts and languages, and related methods, techniques, practices and standards

Project experience:

• Knowledge and experience with Government Payment Gateway (must have)
• Experience with Driver, Vehicle and Health Card ServiceOntario web portal services (must have)

Candidate is required to work onsite 3 days per week (as required) and 2 days remote within the province of Ontario.
