What is the role?
The Labourer's main focus is to support the Highways construction production, becoming a key player within the crew.

Assist with demolition of concrete structures
Operating equipment and machinery such as jackhammers, bobcats and small hand tools
Assist skilled trades people and perform a wide range of tasks at construction sites
Flagging and traffic control
Loading, unloading, identifying, and distributing materials and equipment
Cleaning and preparation of construction sites

What do we value?

3+ years minimum construction experience preferred; Highways construction experience is considered an asset
First Aid and Fall protection training is an asset
Physically fit and able to do physically demanding work for extended period
Able to work at heights (stripping buggy and bridge master hanging over the bridge railing and up from the river)
Able to work in all weather conditions
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
