As the Shop Foreman at Jessco Metal Works Inc., you will oversee the production of high-quality custom hydraulic reservoirs.

You will lead a team of skilled fabricators and welders, primarily emphasizing maintaining rigorous quality control standards throughout the fabrication process.

Qualifications:

• Industry experience in light plate fabrication of hydraulic reservoirs.
• Fitter/welder experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Current Welding Certificates.
• Five years or more experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled fabricators and welders to meet production goals and maintain quality control standards.
• Oversee the fabrication process from raw materials to finished products, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product integrity and meet customer expectations.
• Implement corrective actions and process improvements to address quality issues and optimize production efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and fabrication techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and ensure accurate execution of fabrication tasks.
• Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support production schedules and maintain inventory levels.

Benefits:
