Automation/PLC Specialist

Bolton, Ontario

90-110K salary (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Programming Automation and Controls Systems (Allen Bradley)

Create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation, testing and start up

Develop and implement standard engineering practices

Provide detailed documentation and electrical drawings upon completion of project

Act as Technical Lead and assist with Project Management functions

Conduct technical studies, equipment and systems performance audits and generate reports

Test and commission systems at customer locations

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering

5 years of experience in similar role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Leadership experience and ability to act as Technical Lead on projects

Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office) and AutoCAD capabilities

Ability to travel to customer locations as required
