Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand and are satisfied with our services.
- Feedback Collection: Collect, analyze, and summarize client feedback for internal teams to facilitate service improvements.
- Reporting: Create regular reports on client satisfaction, concerns, and feedback trends.
- Database Management: Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in the company's CRM system and regularly updated.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, escalating them as needed.
- Retain Clients: Develop strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and reduce churn.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Experience managing telecommunications.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and a clientfocused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary:
$45,000.00 per year

- Calgary, AB T2P 2X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
