Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand and are satisfied with our services.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect, analyze, and summarize client feedback for internal teams to facilitate service improvements.
  • Reporting: Create regular reports on client satisfaction, concerns, and feedback trends.
  • Database Management: Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in the company's CRM system and regularly updated.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, escalating them as needed.
  • Retain Clients: Develop strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and reduce churn.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing telecommunications.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and a clientfocused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Salary:
$45,000.00 per year

  • Calgary, AB T2P 2X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
