Position Overview:
This position is responsible for managing the Psychological Assessments Services team, operations, business process management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the endtoend delivery of psychological services, ensuring adherence to service agreements and customer expectations
- Lead, mentorm, and motivate team of Managers, Psychological Assessment Coordinators, and Test Administrators
- Develop a formal customer feedback process to monitor and track service performance
- Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize service delivery processes
- Conduct service reviews with customers to address concerns, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to the Psychological Services team to achieve timely and efficient service implementation
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning among team members
- Manage and monitor budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and approve expenses
- Work collaboratively with Chief Psychologist, seeking guidance on clinical best practice and opportunities for growing book of business
- Travel nationally to customer sites
Qualifications:
- 710 years' experience in a professional servicesrelated management role
- 710 years' experience leading an operations role with financial accountability and P&L oversight
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Project management experience with small to medium sized projects
- Ability Experience successfully managing multiple and changing priorities
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance at the Secret level
- Ability to obtain an RCMP clearance
