This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary each week. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full day events scheduled.
Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of a Stand Lead:
- Stand Leads are responsible for ensuring the overall smooth operation of their designated location.
- Maintaining stock levels, following the necessary ordering procedures when required.
- Required to instruct, direct, and supervise all staff working in the designated location to ensure all duties are being performed according to set policies and standards and health and safety, along with maintaining the highest possible customer service standards.
- Required to efficiently count opening and closing inventory.
- Maintaining all required paperwork such as employee time sheets, temperature control logs, ordering forms, stand sheets, transfer sheets, etc.
- Must conduct preevent team meetings with employees at their designated location. Communicating event information, observations from previous events, and directions pertaining to various areas of Employee Standards.
- At the end of the event, the Stand Lead must take completed stand sheets to the office for close out. If there are any discrepancies the Stand Lead must return to their location for a recount.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Smart Serve and be at least 18 years of age to legally handle alcohol.
- Previous experience supervising employees.
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.
