Job summary

The Office Administrator performs various clerical and administrative services for Infrastructure Services at Simon Fraser University.
This includes responding to inquiries from staff, faculty, students, and external stakeholders,
providing administrative support to the director,
maintaining an orderly office space,
and handling facilities maintenance requests.

Qualifications

  • High school graduation or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Basic bookkeeping; word processing database spreadsheet web applications knowledge.
