    Regenerative Rancher/Farmer

    Are you an experienced farmer with knowledge of regenerative farming practices and holistic management? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at VG Meats, Rowe Farm and Olliffe in Ontario.

    The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualities to excel in this role, including attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent communication abilities. If you have what it takes to promote conservation and rehabilitation in food systems, we want to hear from you!

    Daily Tasks:

    • Manage grasslands through holistic planned grazing
    • Maintain ecosystem processes by monitoring decision outcomes
    • Care for livestock by feeding them throughout the year
    You'll work independently or as part of a team environment while adhering to all Health and Safety rules®.Other duties may be assigned based on your strengths.Good verbal communication is key along with strong organizational ability.
