Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative needs as assigned

Direct calls as needed and maintain customer satisfaction

Greet and direct customers in showroom

Assisting Sales Team as needed

Customer order processing

Inventory computer controls

Data entry, filing and record-keeping

Accounts payable & account receivable entry

Open order maintenance

Organizing and administering customer mailings

General office duties including ordering of office supplies

Basic Banking and Accounting Services

Accounts Receivable Collections

Make Daily Deposits

All other duties as assigned


Requirements:

3-5 Years Related Experience

Superior customer service skills are a must

Positive Attitude

Ability to Adapt to a Growing & Changing Company

$58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
