Niagara Belco Elevator Inc. is a Canadian supplier of residential and small commercial elevators. We are looking for a enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving and time management skills.Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and maintain project files and folders
- Maintaining up to date spreadsheets to support production, sales, and accounting
- Liaison with coworkers and clients to request relevant documents and information for preproduction
- Filing licensing documents with TSSA
- Assist accounting with some payables and receivables tasks
- Assisting with procurement of long leads and inventory
- Communicate with suppliers to solicit pricing, coordinate deliveries and resolve invoicing disputes
- Analyzing and inputting data and information
- Document control of contract and drawing revisions
- Preparing reports and other documents
- Clerical tasks including answering phones, ordering office supplies, filing paperwork
- Responsible for arranging courier and freight shipments, both domestic and international
- Communicate with customers and installers to coordinate installation dates.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, high level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- 12 years experience in similar role
- Post secondary education (preferred)
- QuickBooks experience (preferred)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
