Position

As a General Labourer with A Few Good Lads LTD, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's construction projects by performing a variety of tasks on-site.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor roles, as well as a valid fall protection ticket.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to carrying materials, site cleanup, and basic equipment operation.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and adhere to all sitespecific safety regulations.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and moving materials, as directed by site supervisors.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor roles within the construction industry.
Valid fall protection ticket.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (preferred but not required).

Competitive wage ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
