Job summary
The Otipemisiwak Métis Government is recruiting for a full-time Family Engagement Manager – Early Learning Programs to lead the development and delivery of Métis-specific, culturally grounded programming and services that support the early learning and developmental needs of Métis children and families.This position will oversee province-wide family engagement initiatives, including large-scale community gatherings, family-focused events, and cultural resource mail-out programs.
The successful candidate will be an experienced program leader who excels in planning, coordination, evaluation, and team development,
while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with community members and partners.
