    The Opportunity


    In This Role You Will

    • Analyse external contractor bids to ensure the client receives full value for money
    • Create detailed estimates and cost plans for major MEP packages across the data center development
    • Evaluate cost plans, design documentation, and project scopes to identify gaps and recommend mitigation strategies
    • Maintain an up‑to‑date library of local and regional MEP rates to support accurate estimating
    • Optimize project costs against budget constraints, including performing cost reviews, value engineering, and developing reliable cost estimates
    • Provide subject‑matter expertise and leadership in MEP estimating throughout all design and pre‑construction stages
    • Build trust and credibility with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
    • Support agile project management and efficient decision‑making through strong cost documentation and clear, proactive communication

    • Have progressive experience and increasing responsibility as an Estimator or Cost Manager within the construction industry
    • Bring strong analytical skills and enjoy evaluating complex MEP technical data
    • Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
    • Thrive in a collaborative, friendly, and inclusive team environment
    • Enjoy working in a dynamic setting where you manage your own priorities and deadlines
    • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through openness, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose
    • Have experience working within mission‑critical or data center environments

    The salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $164,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
