Product Marketing Manager - Business Solutions


As a Product Marketing Manager - Business Solutions, you will create strategies, campaigns and materials to support the revenue and customer growth of the products and services within the Business segment.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role will be the main point person for all marketing activities in support of the Business Solutions team.

You will liaise between marketing, sales, technology and finance teams and be accountable for ensuring all business marketing efforts are planned, created and executed on time and on budget.


Accountabilities

  • Oversee evolution of the TekSavvy Business Solutions brand identity and value proposition.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies and tactics, in English and French, which raise awareness of the TekSavvy Business Solutions brand as a credible supplier of connectivity, communication and managed services for the Small and Medium-Sized business market.
  • Prioritize, develop and execute productspecific marketing plans that achieve product revenue and customer growth targets.
  • Own the Business Segment marketing calendar working with your marketing team peers to plan, prioritize and execute on various marketing messages across all channels.
  • Develop and execute communication plans across multiple channels including, but not limited to, Content Marketing (HubSpot), digital/video, social media, promotion, event communication print, OOH and PR support.
  • Liaise with Sales and Operations team to enhance B2B CRM capabilities with particular focus on developing and growing Qualified Leads funnel and identifying opportunities for marketing interventions to crosssell and retain existing customers.
  • Project manage the executional detail of these plans including budget management, internal approval processes, development of creative briefs, messaging calendar and analysis of results.
  • Learn and continuously stay connected with how each products work, including their challenges.
  • Lead the creation of internal brand and product content to assist our sales teams (e.g. sales sheets, product collateral, etc.)
  • Lead the creation of custom content to support TekSavvy's sales team as required (eg: whitepapers, case studies, etc )
  • Competitive / Industry monitoring to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Critical skills

  • Strong understanding of technology ideally with a focus on Telecommunications, IT, or Software
  • Strong B2B Technical marketing experience (software, hardware, telecom, etc)
  • Strong technical and product focused copywriting experience
  • Experience with brand development, CRM and social media management for B2B
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Event planning experience (Trade shows, etc)
  • Prefer fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
